(Shandong) Robotics Group Inc." to "Rokae Robotics Group
Inc.". The proposed change of company name is subject to the consideration and approval by the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, and to the completion of all necessary approval and filing procedures with the relevant competent authorities in China, before it can take effect.
