INT MEDICAL (01501) announced that on October 12, 2026, the Board resolved, in accordance with the rules of the H Share Award Trust Scheme, the authorization granted to the Board by the shareholders at the annual general meeting held on May 16, 2022 to handle matters relating to the scheme, and the increased individual limit for Dr. Liang Dongke approved by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting, to grant a total of 1.823 million H Share Award Shares to Dr. Liang Dongke. This grant, together with the 33,400 H Shares granted to Dr. Liang Dongke on June 28, 2026, totals 1,856,400 H Shares, which is within the increased individual limit for Dr. Liang Dongke under the scheme as approved by the shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting (i.e., 5.21 million H Shares).
