BEIJING N STAR (00588): Zhang Yumei elected as an executive director of the tenth board of directors

BEIJING N STAR (00588) announced that, as Mr. Gan Peizhong's consecutive re-appointment as an independent non-executive director of the Company is about to reach six years, Mr. Gan Peizhong has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director of the tenth board of directors and all positions in the specialized committees under the board of directors, with effect from the date of the second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026. Ms. Zhang Yumei has been elected at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders as an executive director of the tenth board of directors, with her term of office commencing from the date of her election as an executive director of the Company at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders until the expiry of the term of the tenth board of directors. Mr. Zhao Lei has been elected at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders as an independent non-executive director of the tenth board of directors and will serve as a member of the specialized committees under the board of directors, with his term of office commencing from the date of his election as an independent non-executive director of the Company at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders until the expiry of the term of the tenth board of directors. Ms. Qian Aimin will serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and the remuneration and assessment committee, with effect from October 12, 2026.
