On the news front, HeartCare Medical plans to submit an application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange in the second half of 2026 for an initial public offering of A-shares and listing on the STAR Market, aiming to raise approximately RMB 500 million. The proceeds will be mainly used for brain science medical device construction projects, vascular interventional medical device R&D and production projects, and R&D and registration projects.
