FINGERTANGO (06860): Jiang Huihui re-designated as executive director

FINGERTANGO (06860) announced that Mr. Jiang Huihui has been re-designated from independent non-executive director to executive director, effective from October 2, 2026. The re-designation is intended to allow Mr. Jiang to devote his experience and professional expertise to the management and development of the Group's business. With effect from the effective date of Mr. Jiang's re-designation, Mr. Jiang has ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's remuneration committee and a member of each of the Company's audit committee and the Company's nomination committee. Mr. Zhang Shengbin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, the chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of each of the audit committee and the nomination committee, effective from October 2, 2026.
