MANYCORE TECH (00068): Xu Weiwei Appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director
MANYCORE TECH (00068) announced that (i) Dr. Xu Weiwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, with effect from October 2, 2026; (ii) Mr. Tan Zhiqian has tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director, with effect from October 2, 2026, and will cease to be a member of the audit committee of the Board upon the effectiveness of his resignation; and (iii) Dr. Xu Weiwei will be appointed as a member of the audit committee, with effect from October 2, 2026.
