CHI ASIA VALLEY (00063): Xia Ping resigns as Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee

CHI ASIA VALLEY (00063) announced that Ms. Xia Ping has resigned as an executive director of the Company and a member of the Remuneration Committee due to the Group's business development needs and internal adjustments to management division of responsibilities, with effect from October 1, 2026. Following a strategic review of the Group's continuously expanding property development business, Ms. Xia Ping decided to resign from her position as a director of the Board in order to focus directly on the execution and implementation of the Group's key property development projects. Upon the effectiveness of her resignation as an executive director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, Ms. Xia Ping will continue to serve as a key operational leader to lead, oversee and manage the core operations and business development of the Group's strategic real estate projects, including the Silicon Valley Industrial Park located in Shajing and the project of Guangdong Youwei Industrial Co., Ltd.
