NIU HOLDINGS (08619) announces that, after considering the recommendation of the Company's audit committee, the Board has resolved to propose the appointment of Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited as the Company's auditor to fill the vacancy arising from the retirement of Teda, with a term until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting of shareholders, subject to approval by shareholders by way of an ordinary resolution at the Company's extraordinary general meeting.
