LIFE CONCEPTS (08056): He Guowei resigns as executive director of the company

LIFE CONCEPTS (08056) announces that Mr. He Guowei has resigned as an executive director of the Company in order to devote more time to his other business commitments, with effect from the conclusion of the board meeting held on September 30, 2026; Mr. Xie Ziqian has resigned as the company secretary of the Company and has ceased to act as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange; and as the authorized person of the Company to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, with effect from the conclusion of the board meeting held on September 30, 2026; Ms. Guan Minying has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company; the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange; and the authorized person of the Company to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules, with effect from the conclusion of the board meeting held on September 30, 2026.
