C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) announced its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2026. The Group recorded revenue of HK$637 million, up 10.01% year-on-year; loss attributable to owners of the Company was HK$185 million, up 2388% year-on-year; loss per share was 26.89 HK cents. The announcement stated that the increase in loss was mainly attributable to: an increase in loss on debt restructuring of approximately HK$192.3 million for the year; an increase in administrative and selling expenses of approximately HK$8.3 million; an increase in fair value changes of carbon credit assets of approximately HK$12 million; and a decrease in finance costs of approximately HK$15.5 million.
