Geotech Holdings (01707) announces that, on the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Kwan Shum (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Kwan Shum) as the Company's auditor with effect from 30 September 2026 to fill the casual vacancy arising from the resignation of Grant Thornton, and to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
