Multifield International (00898) announced that on September 30, 2026, Ernesto (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) conducted a further disposal, selling a total of 18 million Bank of China shares through the open market at an average price of approximately HK$6.08 per Bank of China share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$109.4 million (excluding transaction costs), which will be received in cash upon settlement.
