GREEN ECONOMY (01315): Zhang Yanshuai Appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee
GREEN ECONOMY (01315) announced that Mr. Zhang Shengman has retired as an independent non-executive director of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Company's articles of association and Appendix C1 to the Listing Rules, with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders on September 30, 2026. Following Mr. Zhang's retirement at the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Zhang also ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and the nomination committee. The board of directors further announced that, with effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting of shareholders, Mr. Zhang Yanshuai has been appointed as the chairman of the Company's remuneration committee.
