GLOBAL NEW MAT (06616) Completes Acquisition of Jihua Sale Shares

GLOBAL NEW MAT (06616) announces that all conditions precedent set out in the share transfer agreement (as supplemented by the supplemental agreement and the second supplemental agreement), including but not limited to obtaining compliance confirmation from the Shanghai Stock Exchange, have been fulfilled. According to the securities transfer registration confirmation issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on September 30, 2026, the Jihua Sale Shares were transferred on September 29, 2026. Upon completion and as at the date of this announcement, Junheng Limited Partnership holds 202,308,616 shares of Zhejiang Jihua, representing 29.89% of its issued shares, and Junheng Limited Partnership has become the single largest shareholder of Zhejiang Jihua (and therefore the controlling shareholder of Zhejiang Jihua).
