On the news front, the indication of GFH375, an oral KRAS G12D inhibitor independently developed by Genfleet Therapeutics, for KRAS G12D-mutant colorectal cancer has been proposed by the CDE for inclusion in the breakthrough therapy designation public notice. If it passes the public notice period, this will be the third breakthrough therapy designation for GFH375, following the previous two for KRAS G12D-mutant non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer. It is worth noting that Genfleet Therapeutics will hold an online investor call on October 15 to announce preliminary research data on GFH375 in combination with cetuximab for the treatment of KRAS G12D-mutant solid tumors.
