SHINEWAY PHARM (02877) announced that Ms. Xin Yunxia has reached retirement age. Upon the expiry of her director's contract with the Company on September 30, 2026, she will retire from the position of executive director of the Company on October 1, 2026, and will also cease to serve as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Committee. Mr. Li Huimin has been appointed as a member of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Committee, effective from October 1, 2026.
