NUOBIKAN (02635) announced that on September 29, 2026 (before trading hours), the Company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which it intends to place 16,488,500 placing shares to not fewer than six placees through the placing agent at a placing price of HK$8.19 per placing share, representing a discount of approximately 13.61% to the closing price of HK$9.48 per H share as quoted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the last trading day.
NUOBIKAN (02635) announced that on September 29, 2026 (before trading hours), the Company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which it intends to place 16,488,500 placing shares to not fewer than six placees through the placing agent at a placing price of HK$8.19 per placing share, representing a discount of approximately 13.61% to the closing price of HK$9.48 per H share as quoted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the last trading day. The net proceeds from the placing are approximately HK$131.5 million, of which approximately 40.0% will be used for research and development of core AI operations and maintenance technologies for large-scale infrastructure industries, including (a) comprehensive railway transportation systems; (b) large-scale equipment for petrochemical exploration, extraction and refining; and (c) civil aviation airport runways, aprons and terminals; approximately 20.0% will be used for overseas business expansion, including the incorporation of overseas subsidiaries, participation in rail transit operation and maintenance projects along the "Belt and Road", and smart airport projects in the Middle East and Asia; approximately 20.0% will be used for potential acquisitions of industry targets, including companies engaged in basic computing power, AI models, and AI applications in airport operations and the chemical industry; and approximately 20.0% will be used to supplement the Group's working capital.
