ASCENTAGE (06855) announces that the Company has been informed by Dr. Yang Dajun, an executive Director and the Chairman of the Board, that on September 23, 2026, September 24, 2026 and September 25, 2026, he subscribed on-market for a total of 38,600 ordinary shares of the Company at a total consideration of approximately HK$1,157,100, at an average price of approximately HK$29.95 per share, representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Upon completion of the subscription, Dr. Yang will be deemed to be interested in a total of 62,570,300 shares, representing approximately 16.69% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement. Dr. Yang has informed that the subscription signifies his confidence in the prospects of the Company.
