PROSP GP INTL (01421) Announces Annual Results, Shareholders' Loss Attributable at HK$18.774 Million, Down 13.73% Year-on-Year PROSP GP INTL (01421) released its annual results for the year ended June 30, 2026. The Group recorded revenue of HK$154 million, up 7.9% year-on-year; loss attributable to owners of the Company was HK$18.774 million, down 13.73% year-on-year; loss per share was 10.4 HK cents. The Group's operating results recorded an increase in loss, from approximately HK$18.1 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2025 to approximately HK$18.5 million for the financial year ended June 30, 2026. The increase in loss was mainly due to the combined effect of gross profit increasing from approximately HK$9.8 million to approximately HK$11.3 million, expected credit losses recognized on financial assets measured at amortized cost increasing from approximately HK$5.1 million to approximately HK$7.7 million, and administrative expenses decreasing from approximately HK$21.7 million to HK$17.9 million.
