EVEREST MED (01952): Establishment of Environmental, Social and Governance Committee

EVEREST MED (01952) announced that the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee has been established, effective from September 28, 2026. The Environmental, Social and Governance Committee shall consist of no fewer than 3 members. The Board has appointed Mr. Wu Yifang, Mr. Luo Yongqing, Ms. Wang Yue, and Mr. Li Yifan as members of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee. Mr. Wu Yifang has also been appointed as the chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
