NUMANS (02530) Change in Company Shareholding Structure

NUMANS (02530) announced that the Company was informed by Far East Wealth, Mr. Wang and Ms. Cui that, on September 28, 2026, as part of a family wealth planning arrangement, Mr. Wang transferred his 91% equity interest in Far East Wealth to his spouse, Ms. Cui, for a nominal consideration. Immediately before and after the completion of the share transfer, Far East Wealth remained the controlling shareholder, holding 750,000,000 shares, representing 75% of the total issued share capital of the Company. Immediately before the completion of the share transfer, Far East Wealth was held as to 91% equity interest by Mr. Wang and 9% equity interest by Ms. Cui. Immediately after the completion of the share transfer, Ms. Cui will become the sole shareholder of Far East Wealth, and Mr. Wang will no longer retain any equity interest in Far East Wealth. By virtue of her interest in Far East Wealth, Ms. Cui will be deemed to be interested in 750,000,000 shares, representing 75% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
