This means that after nearly 20 months of suspension since January 28, 2025, Lufax Holding Ltd Sponsored ADR Class A has officially returned to the capital market. According to the announcement, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange had previously set out six resumption conditions for Lufax Holding Ltd Sponsored ADR Class A, covering independent investigation, financial restatement, management integrity, internal controls, continued listing eligibility, and information disclosure. As of the date of the announcement, all six guidance items had been fulfilled. During the suspension period, Lufax Holding Ltd Sponsored ADR Class A's core retail credit enablement business and consumer finance business maintained normal operations. The announcement showed that the group recorded total revenue of approximately RMB 27.1 billion in 2025, and maintained total assets of approximately RMB 202.7 billion as of June 30, 2026. Judging from the 2026 interim report data, the company's business fundamentals demonstrated strong resilience during the industry adjustment period, with structural transformation continuing to advance. In the first half of the year, the total amount of new loans enabled was RMB 99.9 billion, of which new consumer finance loans were RMB 66.2 billion, a significantly increased proportion and higher than RMB 59.3 billion in the same period last year. As of the end of June, the consumer finance loan balance reached RMB 65.4 billion, up 19.9% year over year, while the total loan balance was RMB 167.3 billion.
