BRETON (01333) announced that Ms. Cen Jiexian (Ms. Cen) has resigned as the Company's joint company secretary due to a change in work arrangements; her roles as the Company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Authorized Representative); and as the Company's agent for service of process in Hong Kong for receiving legal process and notices on behalf of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules, all with effect from September 23, 2026.
