CH ENERGY ENG (03996) announced that, due to age reasons, Mr. Liu Xueshi will cease to serve as a non-executive director and a member of the remuneration and assessment committee of the board of directors, effective from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. The board of directors further announced that it has agreed to nominate Mr. Fang Xiaobing and Mr. Ding Wei as candidates for non-executive directors, with a term from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the current board of directors' term.
