To effectively safeguard the project construction funding needs, the shareholders of the Low-Altitude Testing Company, Sichuan Jiuzhou Electric Air Traffic Control Technology Co., Ltd. and Mianyang Science and Technology City General Aviation Industry Investment Holding Co., Ltd., plan to increase capital in the Low-Altitude Testing Company in proportion to their equity stakes at a price of 1 yuan per 1 yuan of registered capital, with a capital increase of 165 million yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the Low-Altitude Testing Company will remain a controlled subsidiary's subsidiary of the company, and this will not cause any change in the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements.
