BAR PACIFIC (08432) announced that Mr. Chow Tsz Lun has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 23 September 2026. He will also cease to act as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and as the authorized representative of the Company authorized to accept service of legal process and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 24.05(2) of the GEM Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from the same date.
