ROBOTPHOENIX (06871): Cai Minyi Appointed as Joint Company Secretary and Agent for Legal Process Documents
ROBOTPHOENIX (06871) announced that Cen Jiexian, due to changes in work arrangements, has resigned with effect from September 23, 2026 from (i) the position of joint company secretary of the Company; and (ii) the Company's agent for legal process documents in Hong Kong to accept service of legal process documents and notices on behalf of the Company as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
ROBOTPHOENIX (06871) announced that Shum Kit Han has resigned, due to a change in work arrangements, with effect from 23 September 2026, as (i) the joint company secretary of the Company; and (ii) the agent of the Company for legal process documents in Hong Kong as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
On the same date, Ms. Cai Minyi was appointed as the new joint company secretary of the Company and the agent for legal process documents.
