Jiangsu Sihuan Bioengineering (000518.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire an 80% equity stake in Jilin Changyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. ("Changyuan Pharmaceutical") in cash, with a transaction price of 160 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Changyuan Pharmaceutical will become a controlled subsidiary of the company.

("Changyuan Pharmaceutical") in cash, with a transaction price of 160 million yuan. Upon completion of the transaction, Changyuan Pharmaceutical will become a controlled subsidiary of the company.
Changyuan Pharmaceutical is a pharmaceutical enterprise focused on drug research and development, production, and sales. Its current main products include succinylated gelatin injection, Naoshuan Kangfu capsules, Nao Tai capsules, Haidan capsules, and hemorrhoid hemostatic pills. Among them, the core product succinylated gelatin injection has a relatively high market share and strong market competitiveness; in addition, Naoshuan Kangfu capsules, Nao Tai capsules, and Haidan capsules are exclusive varieties; hemorrhoid hemostatic pills and Yanghuo Sanqi tablets are exclusive dosage forms, possessing certain market potential and space. This acquisition is in line with the company's current development strategy, obtaining mature chemical preparations with market competitive advantages and multiple exclusive Chinese patent medicine varieties, enriching the product matrix, and facilitating the realization of the company's business layout of "biological products + chemical preparations" in the pharmaceutical field.
