UBTECH ROBOTICS (09880) announced that, in light of the guidelines, the board has approved the proposed implementation of the conversion of 17,581,300 unlisted domestic shares of the company held by certain shareholders into H shares of the company for the purpose of full circulation of H shares, representing approximately 3.49% of the company's total issued share capital as at the date of this announcement. On September 23, 2026, the company submitted a filing application to the CSRC in relation to the implementation of full circulation of H shares. Upon completion of all relevant regulatory procedures (including the filing notice issued by the CSRC and approval from the Stock Exchange) and compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, such 17,581,300 domestic shares will be converted into H shares, and the company will apply to the Stock Exchange for approval of the listing of, and permission to deal in, such H shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
