EDVANCE INTL (01410) rose over 15% in the morning session, up 15.38% as of press time, at HK$0.975, with a turnover of HK$5.6655 million. On the news front, on September 22, EDVANCE INTL issued an announcement regarding a strategic cooperation agreement for the joint development and operation of an agentic AI platform and the establishment of platform operations in Singapore. The company's indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Singapore, Paradise Matrix Pte. Ltd. (Paradise Matrix), has engaged a service provider incorporated in Singapore, CWG Innovations Pte. Ltd. (CWG), to jointly develop with the group an integrated agentic AI platform, RealRelay.ai (the Platform). The Platform is intended to offer, through a subscription model, multiple AI agents specialized in vertical cybersecurity domains. This cooperation initially focuses on developing the Singapore market, based on the company's understanding of a policy announced by the Singapore government in January 2026: it will invest more than S$1 billion in its "National AI R&D Programme" between 2025 and 2030. It is also understood that students enrolled in Singapore higher education institutions are expected to be required, starting from the 2027 academic year, to take mandatory modules covering basic AI competencies. It is believed that these developments will drive demand from institutions and enterprises in the cybersecurity and education sectors.
