RUIHE DATA (03680): Completion of Subscription for International Offering Shares of Nazhen Technology Company

RUIHE DATA (03680) announced that, in relation to the subscription for international offering shares under the international offering of Nazhen Technology Company, the subscriber has been allotted 950,000 allotted shares at the offer price of HK$32.96 per share. The aggregate offer price of these allotted shares is HK$31.312 million. The total subscription amount payable by the subscriber is HK$31.628 million, which comprises the aggregate offer price of these allotted shares, as well as brokerage commission, SFC transaction levy, AFRC transaction levy and Stock Exchange trading fee. The offering shares of Nazhen Technology Company were listed and commenced trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange on September 22, 2026, with stock code 9856. Completion of the subscription and payment of the subscription amount were effected on the listing date.
