SENASIC (06675) Appoints Deng Jingxian as New Joint Company Secretary

SENASIC (06675) announced that Ms. Cen Jiexian (Ms. Cen) will resign, due to a change in work arrangements, with effect from September 23, 2026, from (i) her position as joint company secretary of the Company (Joint Company Secretary); and (ii) her position as the Company's authorized representative for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company (Authorized Representative for Service of Legal Process Documents) as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. The board of directors also announced with pleasure that on the same date, Ms. Deng Jingxian (Ms. Deng) was appointed as the Company's new Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative for Service of Legal Process Documents. Ms. Xu Yalei (Ms. Xu) will continue to serve as the Company's other Joint Company Secretary.
