ZGC TEC LEASING (01601) Enters into Procurement Agreement and Finance Lease Agreement for Energy Storage Equipment

ZGC TEC LEASING (01601) announced that on September 22, 2026, (i) the Company, as purchaser, entered into a procurement agreement with the supplier Beijing Ruineng Century Technology Co., Ltd. and Lessee II Beijing Ruineng Jingchao Technology Co., Ltd., pursuant to which the Company purchased Lease Assets II from the supplier at a purchase price of RMB 13 million; and (ii) the Company, as lessor, entered into Finance Lease Agreement II with Lessee II, pursuant to which, among other things, the Company leased Lease Assets II to Lessee II for a lease term of 36 months, with total lease payments of approximately RMB 14.15 million, comprising finance lease principal of RMB 13 million and finance lease interest income (including VAT) of approximately RMB 1.15 million.

Lease Assets II are energy storage equipment with a fair value of RMB 13 million. The Directors believe that the entering into of the Procurement Agreement, Finance Lease Agreement I and Finance Lease Agreement II will generate revenue and profit for the Company during the lease term and is in line with the Company's business development strategy. As the Procurement Agreement, Finance Lease Agreement I and Finance Lease Agreement II were entered into on normal commercial terms, the Directors consider that the terms of the Procurement Agreement, Finance Lease Agreement I and Finance Lease Agreement II are fair and reasonable and in the overall interests of the Company and its shareholders.
