GEOTECH HLDGS(01707): Judgment regarding the winding-up petition has not yet been made

GEOTECH HLDGS(01707) announces that, in relation to the winding-up petition against a subsidiary of the Company, on 22 September 2026, the Company received notification from its British Virgin Islands legal advisers that, following the hearing of the winding-up petition held at the British Virgin Islands Court on 16 and 17 April 2026, a written summary of submissions was filed with the British Virgin Islands Court on 15 May 2026. On 29 June 2026, the British Virgin Islands Court granted the petition made by the Attorney General of the British Virgin Islands, extending the time for the judgment on the winding-up petition from 5 July 2026 to 5 October 2026. As at the date of this announcement, no judgment has yet been made in respect of the winding-up petition. The filing of the winding-up petition does not mean that Praise Marble has been successfully wound up, and as at the date of this announcement, the British Virgin Islands Court has not issued any winding-up order in respect of Praise Marble.
