Konfoong Materials International (300666.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ningbo Jiangfeng Boxin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ningbo Jiangfeng Boxin"), plans to jointly contribute capital with related party Ningbo Rongchuang Gongxin Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and others to establish Ningbo Yongguang Tongxing Project Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Ningbo Yongguang Tongxing"). The capital contribution to Ningbo Yongguang Tongxing is tentatively set at RMB 600 million, of which Ningbo Jiangfeng Boxin plans to contribute RMB 417 million using self-raised funds, representing a contribution ratio of 69.50%. The partnership's investment direction: building on the company's core main business, seizing the opportunities from the rapid development of the domestic semiconductor industry, and investing in key segments of the semiconductor industry chain that have synergistic effects with the main business.
