Beijing Sys Science&Technology (301372.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Pingyi Jinyuan Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) ("Pingyi Jinyuan"), which holds a 4.67% stake, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding transactions and block trades within 90 calendar days starting 3 trading days after the announcement, with the total reduction not exceeding 3% of the company's total share capital, i.e., no more than 2.055 million shares.
