LC LOGISTICS (02490): Ding Sujun serves as company secretary and authorized representative
LC Logistics (02490) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Ms. Ding Sujun meets the qualifications under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules to serve as the company secretary of the Company. In addition, Ms. Wu has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative. Ms. Ding will serve as the sole company secretary and authorized representative of the Company with effect from September 22, 2026.
