GREAT WORLD (08003): The subscription price for the second tranche of subscription shares is changed to HK$0.078 per subscription share; trading resumes on September 23.

GREAT WORLD (08003) announced that on September 22, 2026 (after trading hours), the Company and the subscriber entered into a second supplemental agreement (the "Second Supplemental Agreement") to amend the subscription price applicable to the second tranche of the subscription. The subscription price for the second tranche of 16,000,000 subscription shares will be changed from HK$0.075 per subscription share to HK$0.078 per subscription share (the "Revised Subscription Price"). The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on September 23, 2026.
