ILUVATAR COREX (09903) to issue 520 million shares by capitalization
ILUVATAR COREX (09903) announced that on September 22, 2026, pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Company's extraordinary general meeting held on September 10, 2026, based on the Company's total share capital as at the record date, 520 million shares will be issued by way of capitalizing capital reserves, with two capitalization shares to be issued to all shareholders for every one share held.
