YUK WING GP (01536) completes acquisition of 65% equity interest in Anhui Runsheng Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd.
YUK WING GP (01536) announced that, in relation to the proposed acquisition by the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shangbiao Limited from Mr. Fang Haibo of a 65% equity interest in Anhui Runsheng Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. for a total consideration of RMB37.5 million, all conditions precedent to the acquisition have been fulfilled and completion took place on 22 September 2026. Upon completion, the Company beneficially owns 65% of the equity interest in the target company, and the target company has become an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and accordingly its financial statements will be consolidated into the financial statements of the Company.
