Hydsoft Technology (301316.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire, by cash, a 49% equity stake in Nanjing Huibo Jinxin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Nanjing Jinxin") held by Bian Wenli, with a total transaction consideration of 54.7 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, the company's equity interest in Nanjing Jinxin will increase from 51% to 100%, and Nanjing Jinxin will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
