Tianjin MOTIMO Membrane Technology Group (300334.SZ) announced that Gaoxin Investment Development Co., Ltd. ("Gaoxin Investment"), a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3,020,700 shares (i.e., no more than 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding transactions within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of the announcement (i.e., from October 21, 2026 to January 20, 2027).
