CHUANG'S INT'L (00367) announced that Mr. Fang Cheng Guang retired as an independent non-executive director, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting on September 21, 2026. He also ceased to be a member of the company's board committees. With the approval of shareholders at the annual general meeting, Mr. Ng Wing Ka has been elected as an independent non-executive director, effective from September 21, 2026. Mr. Ng has been appointed as a member of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.
