S.F. Holding (002352.SZ) announced that on September 21, 2026, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen SF Investment Co., Ltd. ("SF Investment") signed the "Hangzhou Chuangyi Future Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement." Hangzhou Chuangyi Future Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) is a comprehensive industry strategy fund focused on pan-hard technology, primarily investing in growth-stage enterprises while also making investments in some early-stage, high-growth companies. The target total size of the fund and parallel investment vehicles is 7 billion yuan. As of now, the fund's total subscribed capital contributions amount to 3.72123 billion yuan, of which SF Investment, as a limited partner, has subscribed 100 million yuan.
