KINGWELL GROUP (01195) has announced that, based on a preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 30 June 2026 (the current year), it is expected that the current year will record a net loss of approximately RMB 6 million to RMB 12 million, compared with a net loss of approximately RMB 1.95 million for the year ended 30 June 2025. The increase in loss is mainly attributable to inventory impairment and goodwill impairment in respect of the Xuzhou operations during the current year. Such accounts have not been reviewed by the Company's audit committee nor audited by the Company's auditors, and may be subject to changes and adjustments upon further review. The Company's annual results for the current year will be published on 28 September 2026.
