China Next-Gen (03928) announced that it has resolved to change the Company's financial year end date from September 30 to December 31, with immediate effect. Accordingly, the Company's next financial year end date will be December 31, 2026, and the Group's next audited consolidated financial statements will cover a fifteen-month period from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
