China International Development Corporation (00264) announced that Mr. Liang Weijie, an executive director and deputy chief executive officer of the Company, has been appointed as the authorized representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, in place of Mr. Fan Xin, an executive director and chief executive officer of the Company, with effect from September 21, 2026.
