On the news front, on September 17, KEYTOP PARKING signed a framework cooperation agreement with Huawei Cloud in Shanghai. The two parties will fully leverage their respective strengths to deepen cooperation in areas such as cloud infrastructure, smart parking solutions, and business expansion overseas, jointly promoting the intelligent upgrade of the smart parking industry. Currently, KEYTOP PARKING is accelerating its strategic leap from a "smart parking solution provider" to an "AI parking service provider," and has built an industry-leading dedicated large model training center for parking lots. It is worth noting that KEYTOP PARKING was recently officially included in the list of securities eligible for Stock Connect trading. This means that mainland investors can now directly buy and sell KEYTOP PARKING through the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, officially unlocking southbound capital. In the first half of this year, the company recorded revenue of RMB 334 million and adjusted net profit of RMB 28.667 million, while continuing to increase investment in its parking lot operations business.
