On September 21, Hong Kong dollar interbank rates were mixed, with the one-month rate, which is linked to mortgage payments, reported at 2.86923%, up 0.036 basis points; the three-month rate, which reflects banks' funding costs, was reported at 3.07679%, down 1.702 basis points.
The overnight rate was reported at 2.14833%, down 2.655 basis points; the one-week rate fell 0.512 basis points to 2.33726%, while the two-week rate rose 2.304 basis points to 2.69304%. The two-month rate rose 1.351 basis points to 3.00000%.
In terms of long-term rates, the six-month rate rose 1.506 basis points to 3.43167%, while the one-year rate rose 0.142 basis points to 3.86327%.
