GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announces that Mr. Liang Kun has resigned as an independent non-executive director with effect from October 2, 2026, due to personal reasons. Following his resignation, Mr. Liang Kun also ceases to be a member of the Company's audit committee, the Company's remuneration committee, and the Company's nomination committee.
